解決方案：

根據提示，Key Tool Max 需要“同步”。但是在主菜單中我們只能查看我們有多少積分。

因此，通過 USB 電纜將 Key Tool Max 連接到 PC 上的升級套件。

在 PC 上打開升級套件。

選擇“Keytool”，然後按“查找設備”。

與升級套件連接後，按“獎勵積分”並按照提示進行同步。

如果需要升級，請選擇版本並按“升級”。
